We want you to be completely satisfied with whatever you purchase from us.  Please read over our returns policy below.  If you are unhappy for whatever reason, please give us your feedback on how we can make your experience with us better!

Returns Are as Easy as 123... 

All items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund. If you have an item for return, please fill out the form below or send us an email at:

 customerservice@fauselco.com 

We will be happy to review and get back with you. Please be sure to include the following:

  1. Order Number (can be found on your emailed order confirmation)
  2. Your name and contact information
  3. The reason for your return

Returning items

You will not be responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us if we ship you the wrong item or it is defective.  A member of our Customer Service team will email you a pre-paid FedEx shipping label for these instances.  All other items the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping charges.

In order to protect yourself, we recommend that you insure your return as well as get proof of delivery in the rare case that your package gets lost in transit.

Next steps

Once we receive your returned item, you will get a credit back (less the shipping charges) to the original payment method used during the order checkout process.

Please allow up to three (3) days to process your refund from the time we receive your return package. We will send a confirmation email when we have processed your return.

Lamont's return policy does not apply to wholesale orders.  Please contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@fauselco.com separately if you have any items that you want to return.
