LAMONT HOME RETURNS POLICY
We, at LaMont Home, want you to be completely satisfied with whatever you purchase from us. Please read over our returns policy below. If you are unhappy for whatever reason, please give us your feedback on how we can make your LaMont Home experience better!
Returns Are Easy!
- All items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund.
- If you have an item for return, please email Customer Service at: email@example.com and we will be happy to review and get back with you. Please be sure to include your Order Number, Name, and Your Reason for Return in this form. The Order Number can be found on your emailed order confirmation. Please let us know your thoughts on what you do and don't like. We want to make sure we are improving our products to meet our customers' expectations.
- You will not be responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us if we ship you the wrong item or it is defective; we will pay for this. LaMont's Customer Service will email you a pre-paid FedEx shipping label for these instances. All other items the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping charges.
- Once we receive your returned item, you will receive credit back (less the shipping charges) to the original payment method used during the order checkout process.
- LaMont cannot offer any refunds if we do not receive the product being returned. In order to protect yourself, we recommend that you insure your return as well as get proof of delivery in the rare case that your package gets lost in transit.
- Vagabond's return policy does not apply to wholesale orders. Please contact our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org separately if you have any items that you want to return.
- Please allow up to 3 days to process your refund from the time we receive your return package. We will send a confirmation email when we have processed your return.
